Released as part of a 2-pack in RID, Windsheer is an F-22 fighter jet. If you look closely enough, he also resembles G1 Megatron. This is because Windsheer was originally Machine Wars Megatron - when they repainted Skid-Z, they decided that it was a good opportunity to also release Megatron.
His colours are beautiful; the yellow is not overdone, and the purple is a classic Decepticon colour. Totally worth it.
